The 2025 Dystopia Reading Challenge is hosted here, by me, Brittani @ Game, Read, Teach! This is my fifth year hosting it, but the challenge itself has been going on for years now. If you chose to join the challenge with me, I hope you enjoy it! #2025DystopiaReads

The 2025 Book Blog Discussion Challenge is hosted by Nicole @ Feed Your Fiction Addiction and Shannon @ It Starts at Midnight! It was created to encourage book bloggers to talk more and motivate us to actually get around to writing those discussion post ideas! #LetsDiscuss2025

The Levels:

1-10 – Discussion Dabbler
11-20 – Creative Conversationalist
21-30 – Chatty Kathy
31-40 – Terrifically Talkative
41+ – Gift of the Gab

I aim to actually post some discussions this year as I have a few topics in mind already!

Challenge – Try to read 1 book set in each of the 50 states + the District of Columbia. (51 Points). If you complete the challenge you earn 50 Bonus Points. You also can earn Bonus Points for books set in Counties around the world. 1 Bonus Point for each country. (No repeats – only 1 point can be earned for each country.)

Your books can be fiction or non-fiction and can be in any format, print, digital, audio.

Ok, I'm gonna go with making a map at some point. However, since I've only read one book, I'll wait until I have a few points to add before making it and linking it here. Until I add my map, I'll update states/countries by listing them.

Idaho - Wake Me After The Apocalypse (Bunker #1) by Jordan Rivet

Started in 2017 by Austine Decker, the Beat the Backlist reading challenge is all about focusing on books that were published in the previous year or earlier. With so many amazing books released each year, it’s easy to get swept up in what’s coming and forget the books that have already published, and our to-read lists continue to grow! #BeatTheBacklist @BeatTheBacklist

My Goal:
15 Books

I want to try and start reading some of those books I bought knowing I'd really love them but just didn't have the motivation to read the past few years.
